I have been coaching people for 20+ years and lifting for 32. Full body workouts are legit. I don't think most people can do full-body 4 days a week without being coached through it for a while because managing load and exercise selection can be a challenge for those who are not well-informed on how to build a workout.
I think the idea is great and I have my ideas how to expand upon this to clarify more, but since this is your article and your program, I will leave that up to you.
It also makes me smile because for a long time I was following this EXACT layout for my own gym work.
